High quantity orders generally net a lower cost-per-unit on all of our packaging orders. For greater savings for your project, you can consult one of our Product Specialists for a customized packaging strategy based on your business requirements and project goals.

2) What is the process of getting my packaging made?

We make packaging easy for our customers. While the steps can differ from project to project, our typical process consists of the following stages:

3) What packaging and box styles do you offer?

We offer a wide range of packaging and box styles such as paperboard (folding carton), corrugated, rigid boxes and printed bags with fully customizable options.

4) How are packaging dimensions measured?

Generally, measuring a box for packaging is based on the inner dimensions of the structure. This guarantees your product will fit properly within the box regardless of stock thickness.
If you are looking to duplicate a box and provide outer dimensions, please inform your Product Specialist.

5) Can I order multiple artworks at the same size and specifications?

Yes - it is very common to combine multiple artworks into a single production run to save time and costs.

6) What is the turnaround time for my project?

Production time can range from 5 to 25 business days depending on packaging type, requirements many other factors. Greater customization with more additional processes generally yields slightly longer production times. For your best estimate in timeline, consult with your Product Specialist.

7) What if my products are defective or have quality issues? Can I get a refund?

Under normal circumstances, refunds are not provided on orders since custom packaging is tailor made to your products. In the event of defects or quality issues, we take full responsibility and proactively work with you to arrange a solution, which can result in replacement, refund or credit. 8) What is prepress?

The prepress is the stage (or process) in which digital files are prepared for the printing press. Prepress turnaround time typically varies depending on the complexity of the project. It can take as quickly as several hours or several days.

9) Do you offer rush order?

Rush orders may be be available at depending on seasonality and packaging capacities. Please speak to a Product Specialist to check for current availability.
